Daniel Alexander QC gave the annual seminar to the Asian Patent Attorneys Association in Singapore on 22 March, covering recent developments in patents, copyright and trade-marks, involving comparative analysis with recent substantive and procedural case law in Singapore. He was given a tour of the Singapore Supreme Court and met with Judge George Wei, the most senior IP judge and author of the leading work on design right in Singapore with a number of his colleagues. Daniel will be giving further talks in Munich and Zurich later in the year.
