Gilead (priority), Assos v ASOS (own name defence), Pasternak v Prescott (copyright), NLA v Meltwater (copyright) and Servier v Apotex (Illegality defence). Legal 500 called him a “go-to choice for high value cases”. Andrew also regularly appears at the EPO.
