    • Advanced Bionics AG v Med-EL [2022] EWHC 1345 (Pat):  A successful application for expedition in the UK in light of German infringement proceedings resulting in a successful revocation of the patent for obviousness.
    • Neurim Pharmaceuticals v Generics [2022] EWCA Civ 359: The first Court of Appeal decision on the meaning of the exclusive licence provisions in the patents act.
    • AutoStore Technology v Ocado Innovation Ltd BL 0/348/22: UKIPO patent entitlement dispute and costs determination following a summary judgment application.
