Henry has assisted on several FRAND cases involving Huawei v ZTE-type abuses of dominance under Art.102 TFEU including assisting on an application for an intervention in the Supreme Court in Unwired Planet.
Henry has experience of competition law as a pupil at a previous set and assisted in several stand-alone and follow on damages actions for breach of Art.101 TFEU:
