Formycon and Samsung v Regeneron and Bayer [2025] EWHC 2527 (Pat)8 October 2025On 8th October, Mr Justice Meade handed down judgment in Formycon and Samsung v Regeneron and Bayer.  Charlotte May KC acted for the Claimants and Adrian Speck KC, Isabel Jamal and William Duncan acted for the Defendants.
Interdigital v Apple [2025] EWCA Civ 12637 October 2025On 7th October, Sir Julian Flaux Chancellor of the High Court, Lord Justice Birss and Lord Justice Zacaroli handed down judgment in Interdigital v Apple CA-2024-000489 & Ors.  Henry Ward acted for the Appellants.    
J.Mac Safety Systems v Q Deck Safety Systems [2025] EWHC 2241 (Pat)4 September 2025On 4th September 2025 judgment was handed down by Campbell Forsyth, sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court. The trial was heard under the Patents Court Shorter Trial Scheme and heard in the Business and Property Courts in Manchester. Maxwell Keay appeared for the Claimant.
