8 New Square is delighted to welcome Charlie Bassi as its newest tenant. Charlie holds a Masters degree in Physics from Oxford and assisted on a wide variety of matters during pupillage, including technical patent matters, FRAND cases, trade mark and copyright matters, and design right cases. Charlie was recently instructed as junior counsel in the High Court trial of EMJ Plastics v Mekina Industries [2026] EWHC 2163 (Ch).
