Charlotte May QC was one of the panellists at the launch of the London Chapter of ChIPs hosted at the Supreme Court on Thursday 27 April. ChIPs is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing women in technology, law and policy. The launch of the London Chapter represents an important step in helping to realise the full involvement and potential of women in these areas. The panel comprised female leaders from the UK and the US including Professor Jackie Hunter  CBE, CEO, Benevolent Bio; Dr. Claire Craig, Director of Science Policy at the Royal Society;  Sally Field, Partner, Patent Litigation, Bristows; and Noreen Krall, ChIPs Co-founder and Vice President, Chief Litigation Counsel, Apple Inc.  The debate spanned a wide range of topics including quotas, mentoring, and promoting women in the workplace.
