8 New Square continues to work hard to ensure equality at the Bar, and in recognition has been awarded the Charter for Fairness 2024 by the E&D Subcommittee of the Chancery Bar Association. The committee review included chambers policies, processes for work allocation, career development, training, marketing and earnings at the Chancery Bar.
