Daniel Alexander to sit as an Appointed Person

In April 2009, Daniel Alexander QC was appointed by the Lord Chancellor to sit as an Appointed Person under the Trade Marks Act 1994. The Appointed Person hears appeals from decisions of the Comptroller in trade mark cases.
