Eleonora Rosati has spoken on various copyright issues in recent lectures.
On 22 and 23 November, Eleonora spoke in Sofia (Bulgaria) at a workshop on copyright in the digital age, organised by WIPO the World Intellectual Property Organisation. The topics included – Publishers, Libraries and Archives in the 21st Century; and Creators in the Digital Market.
On 24 November, she participated at a conference in Paris, on the liability of online platforms and the fate of the E-commerce Directive in the aftermath of new EU legislative proposals, such as the proposed Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market.
On 30th November, Eleonora will deliver a guest lecture at Uppsala University on the private copying exception and the fair compensation requirement.
