Mark Platts-Mills QC will be a panel member at  a seminar hosted by Pinsent Masons on 25th February 2013. The seminar will explore the most significant changes brought about by the America Invents Act and will among other things explore comparisons with the proposed Unitary Patent Court (UPC).
