Martin Howe KC took part in the Chancery Bar Association’s Cayman Islands Conference on 7th-8th November 2024 at the Grand Cayman Marriott.
He gave a talk on “Intellectual Property in the Cayman Islands and beyond” (lecture slides), which covered Cayman law on copyright, confidential information, patents, trade marks and designs, interpretation by reference to UK and EU case law, international and multi-jurisdictional aspects, and the Cayman Islands’ participation in international IP treaties.
