Michael Fysh will be speaking at 3 conferences this month. On 15th April, he will be speaking at a conference organised by the European Patent Academy. His talk will include Intellectual Property training for the Portuguese judiciary in light of the establishment of the new IP court in Lisbon.
Michael will follow this by speaking at a conference in Moscow on 22nd April. The conference has been organised by the FICPI – The International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys Russian section. The topic will again be directed towards Intellectual Property training for the Russian judiciary in advance of the establishment of an IP court in Moscow.
Finally, Michael will address a conference in Istanbul on 24th April. The conference has been organised by Interpol, WIPO and WCO (World Customs Organisation) on the topic of anti-counterfeiting. Michael will be speaking on determining jurisdiction in cross-border cases.
