Isabel gave a talk to ITMA about recent developments in trade mark law, in which she addressed amongst other things the reference to the CJEU in the IP TRANSLATOR case and the recent case law dealing with descriptive marks and an analysis of the Court of Appeal decision in Specsavers v Asda on the appropriate forms of injunctive relief.
