Beth Collett acted for the developers in the identity issue trial of Craig Wright v COPA/BTC Core, led by Alex Gunning KC of One Essex Court. After six weeks in court, the Judge gave an immediate ex tempore ruling based on the overwhelming evidence that Dr Wright is not the pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto, nor did he write the Bitcoin White Paper, create the Bitcoin System, nor the author of the initial versions of the Bitcoin system.
