Mr Justice Meade handed down judgment ex tempore in Mediatek v Huawei on the 15th April. The judgment concerns expedition and a 15+ day FRAND trial was expedited to February 2026 in light of the injunction risk in Germany, the UPC and Brazil. An approved judgment was supplied on the 28th April.
