[2025] EWCA Civ 936 Accord and Others v The Regents of The University of California re: enzalutamide

On the 23rd July 2025 the Court of Appeal handed down judgment in this matter, from an appeal heard on the 2nd July, concerning enzalutamide as a treatment for prostate cancer. Mr Justice Mellor heard the trial in June 2024 and handed down judgment in October 2024 (see here). Justin Turner KC appeared for the Appellants and Andrew Lykiardopoulos appeared for the Respondents.
